Please read carefully:

 

Appointments:

Please arrive on time to your appointment. Because I am a small yet busy studio, I am unable to accommodate early start times/late arrivals. If you arrive late to an appointment, time may be deducted from your service.

Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for checking in, using the restroom, filling out medical history forms and getting settled.

 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without contacting me, your appointment will be considered a no call, no show. Please call me if you are running late.

A retaining fee and major credit card is required to hold your reservation(s).
 

Cancellations

Beauty Therapy requires 24 hours notice for all cancellations. If you have any questions or need to cancel due to an emergency within 24 hours of your service appointment, contact me at

770-820-5362. Unforeseen circumstances arise, and we will handle these on a case by case basis. Please give as much notice as possible should an unexpected emergency come up. I reserve the right to charge the full cost of your scheduled service if you do not cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours advance notice of your scheduled time. 

No Show Policy:

By booking this appointment, you authorize Beauty Therapy to charge your credit card a no-show fee of up to 100% of the scheduled value, should you miss your appointment without proper notification. 

All No Call, No Shows will be charged in full.

 

Restrictions

Please refrain from bringing children and/or entourages to your appointment unless they are being serviced. 

If a client arrives with signs and/or symptoms of illness that contraindicate services (fever, undiagnosed rash, contagious infection), the session will be rescheduled. This is to protect the health of both myself and the client and.

Terminating Service. 

Certain conditions will preclude or end the session:

  • Contagious illness: including colds, viruses, flu, rashes, etc.

  • Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Requests for sexual or other inappropriate activities. This will not be tolerated and the client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.

Does it matter if I have makeup on if I am getting a facial? 

All facials start with a cleansing of the face. It will not matter if you have on makeup. I will remove it prior to cleansing. 

Can I get services if I am pregnant?

Yes! I ask that you are past your first trimester (12 weeks). I will customize each service with products that are mommy and baby safe. 

What do I need to do to prepare for my service?

Just make sure to be hydrated and ready for some Beauty Therapy! I will take care of the rest. 

Will the facial hurt, or be uncomfortable?

You should never feel irritation, burning or discomfort during your facial. If for some reason you should feel discomfort, please tell your me immediately.

How often should I get a facial?

I recommend once a month. However, you can discuss your specific needs, desired outcomes and schedule with me. Also be sure to ask about my facial packages.

What are the long-term benefits of getting regular facials?

Plain and simple: healthy skin! And healthy skin is better-looking skin.
